Due to recent high water usage on Longboat Key, this is a reminder of the allowable irrigation day and hours for lawns and landscaping per Town Code 53.10 and Resolution 2001-12:

Irrigation for sites with addresses that end in odd numbers or the letters A through M may occur only on Sunday;

Irrigation for sites with addresses that end in even numbers or the letters N through Z may occur only on Tuesday;

Irrigation is allowed only between the hours of 12:01 am to 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.
This will help the Town optimally manage the water system and continue to provide life and property saving measures.
