The Sustainable Water Resources Roundtable (SWRR) will meet in southwest Florida on December 14–15. The theme of the meeting will be “Water Resource Challenges and Solutions in Florida”. The SWRR is a Federal advisory committee that is a subgroup of the Advisory Committee for Water Information (ACWI) created by the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972. SWRR meets in Washington DC at least once a year and goes to other locations in the US at least once a year.

For this meeting, the Florida Earth Foundation is hosting SWRR at Florida Gulf Coast University and is using Babcock Ranch, America's newest "City of Tomorrow" as a case study of innovation and inspiration for water-related solutions to environmental and development problems. There is no cost to attend the meeting. Full agenda, list of speakers, downloadable brochure, and online registration are available at the link below.
