Watering limits to continue

Umbrellas unfurled across Southwest Florida on Monday and Tuesday, but wet weather has not alleviated fears that the region could face a drinking water shortage. Once-a-week lawn watering restrictions will continue until February, because of an order approved Tuesday by the Southwest Florida Water Management District, an agency that governs 16 counties.
