FWC Offers Shorebird Monitoring Workshops

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, in partnership with the Florida Shorebird Alliance, will launch the new Florida Shorebird Database website this spring. This website will replace the Beach-Nesting Bird website as the central repository for data collected about Florida's shorebirds and seabirds.

FWC staff will be conducting regional shorebird monitoring workshops between March 14 and March 31. Learn about the new Florida Shorebird Database at an upcoming workshop:

March 16th (Lee County)
March 17th (Suncoast Region)
March 18th (Sarasota Area)
