GreenHome Wamalama Expo Combines Recycling & Fun Oct. 2nd

The GreenHome Wamalama Expo will feature performances by Country Music Artist Matthew Huff, an opportunity to recycle items like CFLs, electronics or anything that needs to be recycled. It will be a showcase of American Innovation in the New "Green" Economy, Offering Green, Eco-Friendly & other Sustainable Solutions for Consumers, Homes & Businesses.

The event will be at Robarts Sports Arena, 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota.

Expo Hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

A portion of the proceeds from this event will help support Mote Marine Laboratory's Oil Spill Emergency Fund; whereby Mote scientists are mobilizing to react to oil spill impacts, should our shores and wildlife be affected.
